Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS across large and complex customer environments.
- Conduct customer discovery workshops, capability demonstrations, and executive-level solution presentations to articulate the value of Manhattan Active.
- Define implementation strategy, solution architecture, technical roadmap, integration approach, and deployment plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the program, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, best practices, scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with business consultants, functional architects, integration teams, cloud engineers, and customer stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
- Design and govern integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, OMS, TMS, automation systems, APIs, messaging platforms, and cloud services.
- Lead technical estimations, solutioning, and delivery planning for large-scale transformation programs.
- Drive technical governance, code quality, design reviews, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support customer go-live planning, hypercare, performance tuning, and production stabilization.
- Mentor development teams and establish implementation best practices and reusable solution assets.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning Responsibilities

- Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer pursuits involving Manhattan Active WMS.
- Define solution architecture, implementation approach, delivery roadmap, effort estimation, and technical differentiators.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams during customer pursuits, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Develop compelling technical proposals, architecture documents, and implementation strategies for large transformation programs.




- Position organization capabilities and best practices to build customer confidence and support deal closure.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of Supply Chain/WMS implementation experience, with significant hands-on (Minimum 2-3 years and at least 2 end to end Manhattan Active WMS implementations) expertise in Manhattan Active WMS.
- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Manhattan Active implementations in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of Manhattan Active architecture, configuration, extensibility, APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native deployment.
- Strong understanding of Cloud-Native and SaaS architecture principles, including multi-tenancy, scalability, resiliency, high availability, security, API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud operations.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, messaging, DevOps, CI/CD, and integration frameworks and containerization concepts (Docker/Kubernetes) relevant to cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Experience integrating Manhattan Active with ERP, OMS, TMS, automation systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer workshops, architecture discussions, and executive stakeholder engagements.
- Proven success in leading technical solutioning for large RFPs, proposals, and strategic pursuits.
- Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead geographically distributed technical teams in a fast-paced delivery setting.
- Experience with warehouse automation integrations (MHE/WCS/WES).
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Distribution, Omni-channel Fulfilment, and Retail operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP).
- Manhattan Active certifications are highly desirable.
