REGIONAL SALES HEAD - AV TECHNOLOGY SECTOR BUSINESS

To Promote / Sell / Market the Gladwin range of IT / Collaborations solutions / Electronics / AV / Hi-tech digital platform to Educational Sector / R&D; institutions / Universities / Medical /Eng. Colleges / Govt. Institutional Sector. We need a (Male/Female) dynamic, mature, professional University Graduates/ Post Graduate in Management / Engineering background from top B-Schools.

The Regional Sales Head will boost up the Gladwin Sales. He /She is required to develop the Group existing and fast growing business. The post requires excellent Sales & Marketing leadership along with centralized Pan India Command of entire Sales Team / Dealers & Distributors / Channel Partners/OEM- Bulk Business Development. Gladwin Group has immense presence in Educational Institutional Sector / Government Institutional sectors across India.

CTC includes salary / variable income components / perks / PF etc. The CTC to the Exp. candidates min (10-20yrs) will starts from 15-20 lacs PA, depending on your candidature / experience. Age group required for this position is min. 32-42 yrs max.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand our product offerings, technical modules, and value proposition in depth.
- Identify and connect with potential customers and bulk institutions across regions.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations (both virtual and in-person).
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and implementation support.
- Track leads and maintain structured follow-ups using CRM tools.
- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales from pitching to Principals and School owners, giving product demos, and driving closures, to maintaining solid relationships for renewals and referrals.
- To promote & sell the Gladwin range of IFPs & Collaborations Solutions of Hi-tech Electronics & AV products to educational sector / R&D; institutions / Universities / Medical / Eng. Colleges / Govt. Sector / Corporate sector.
