Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service Excellence:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take drink orders, recommend beverages, and ensure guests receive prompt and skilled service.
- Upsell signature cocktails and luxury drink options to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain awareness of guests needs, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues or requests.

- Bartender Skills & Beverage Preparation:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the hotel’s standards, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.
- Use advanced techniques and knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cocktail recipes.
- Maintain consistency in the preparation and presentation of all beverages.
- Ensure all drinks are made with precision and in a timely manner while maintaining an organized, clean work area.

- Quality Control & Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, ensuring that supplies are always available to meet guest demand.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures and assist in the regular stocktaking process.
- Properly manage and rotate stock to ensure quality and prevent wastage.
