This is an prospect for experienced, hands-on custom secondary research professionals. Helpful if you have technology research experience across cloud, data center, cybersecurity, etc.

We are looking for candidates with 6-8 years of experience in ONLY custom secondary research and business research. You should have worked with companies like Grail Research, The Smart Cube, Evalueserve, EY GSS and KGS, McKC, Deloitte and from a secondary research role.

Women on sabbatical and looking to jump start career are encouraged to apply.

Opportunity:

1. Develop detailed market insights documents that capture technology application trends across different vertical markets

2. Deep dive into trends and succinctly bring out why a particulate technology trend is applicable and what opportunity it holds for IT service vendors.

3. Develop detailed, high impact, and highly researched insights reports on companies that includes facets of the operations including strategy, SWOT, peer landscape, etc., with a significant focus on technology (data center, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, etc.)

3. Develop high-impact executive summary documents, which balance a high level strategic view with necessary details, on enterprise accounts for a CXO audience

4. This business research sets the foundation for the sales team to best understand their end markets, largest clients, their business performance and strategy, technology context, and the market situation.

5. Research outcomes are used by the client teams to bid on projects, fashion conversations,



and ensure that they have a winning approach to business.

6. Multiple adhoc research across company, sector, and country to support sales strategy

Capabilities required:

1. You are an expert at finding data and information through deep keyword searches. You have advanced prompting skills where you keep querying LLMs till you arrive at the right information.

2. You have worked on different custom secondary research projects, including company profiles, strategy deep dives, competitive landscape analysis, market trend and sizing analysis, etc.

3. Know how to identify and make company strategy (and not a newsletter). This includes finding stated strategy, using deep google searches to find diverse information, bringing out the what/why/how, and storylining

4. You are comfortable with financial numbers and can correctly compute operating margins, EBITDA, debt/equity ratios, etc.

5. You bring a detail orientation and seek to give more information, context, and analysis (this is not rapid research; you will need to research and create multiple well presented slides during the day)

6. Brings fluent communication spoken, email and presentations to deliver structured and client-ready presentations.

7. Proficiency across PPT, Excel and Word

8. You are a sharp and learning individual who can start performing quickly
