We are seeking a dedicated and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System), enhancing students English language proficiency, and guiding them to achieve their target band scores.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive IELTS training sessions covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules
- Design structured lesson plans and deliver engaging, interactive classroom sessions
- Assess student performance through mock tests, assignments, and regular evaluations
- Provide personalized feedback and targeted improvement strategies
- Conduct focused speaking practice sessions and detailed writing evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance
- Motivate, mentor, and guide students to achieve their desired band scores
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, trends, and preparation strategies




- Collaborate with counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth student experience

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in IELTS / TESOL / TEFL is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching are welcome
- Ability to manage classroom sessions effectively and handle diverse learners
