Role at a Glance
Position: Informatica MDM Specialist
Location: Gurgaon (Full time)
Experience: 5 to 12 Years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent

Mandatory Requirements
MDM Expertise: 35+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM implementation experience.
Proven Track Record: Delivered 23 end-to-end MDM implementations across multiple master data domains.
Core Technical Pillars: Deep expertise in MDM Hub, Base Objects, Data Modeling, Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, and Stewardship Processes.
Industry Experience: At least one implementation in a BFSI or highly regulated industry is preferred.

Technical Skill Stack
Informatica MDM Core: MDM Hub (Multidomain / IDMC / IDD), Workflow Manager, Data Director.
Informatica Ecosystem: IDQ (on-prem) / CDQ (cloud),



PowerCenter / IICS / CDI, Axon, and EDC. (IDMC stack & Customer 360 SaaS is a huge plus!)
Databases & SQL: Strong SQL, data modeling, and database hands-on (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
Integration & Cloud: REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/MQ, and exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP data lakes.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Configure: Build robust MDM Hub models, configure match/merge rules, and manage complex hierarchies.
Data Quality & Governance: Operationalize data governance aligned to DAMA-DMBOK principles using IDQ/CDQ pipelines and web services.
Build Integration Pipelines: Connect source systems to downstream environments using PowerCenter, IICS, or CDI.
End-to-End Delivery: Author high-quality technical documentation (HLD/LLD), lead client workshops, and drive knowledge transfer in an Agile/Scrum environment.
