Job Opening: Estate Consultant – for Govt Client
• Position: Estate Consultant
• Location: Pan-India (Includes regular field/site visits)
• Remuneration: ?1,00,000/- per month (inclusive of statutory liabilities)
• Contract: Initial 2 years (extendable by 1 year based on performance and project requirements)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage inventory, documentation, and monitoring of estate assets.
• Conduct title due diligence, property assessments, and ensure compliance for commercial and industrial properties
• Advise on development strategy, highest/best use (Rental evaluation & forecast), and monetization models (PPP, JV, lease).
• Draft and manage tendering and procurement processes in line with policy guidelines.
• Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and government authorities for approvals/dispute resolution.
• Prepare DPRs,



feasibility reports, financial models, and market assessments (Irrelevance with GFR).
• Liaise with Central/State authorities and agencies for estate-related initiatives.
• Monitor and report progress through dashboards and presentations.
• Oversight & Support project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications
• Graduation/Postgraduate in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related fields or equivalent to MBA
• 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in estate management, real estate advisory, or infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of property laws, compliance, PPP models, and financial structuring.
• Proven ability to engage with government bodies, developers, and investors.
