Role & responsibilities

- Design user-centric journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for Salesforce applications.
- Create intuitive experiences for Salesforce Lightning App Pages, Record Pages, Console Experiences, and Salesforce Flows.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Salesforce Developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and journey mapping exercises.
- Analyze CRM workflows, user behavior, and interaction data to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure designs are compliant with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
- Review existing Salesforce UI configurations and recommend enhancements for usability and efficiency.
- Support development, UAT, and deployment activities to maintain design consistency and usability standards.




- Define and maintain UX standards, design systems, reusable components, and best practices.
- Conduct post-release UX assessments, A/B testing, and continuous experience optimization.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX governance and design excellence initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Hands-on expertise with SLDS, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
- Experience in User Research, Usability Testing, Wireframing, and Prototyping.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is preferred.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
