About the Role

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

PCI India is looking for four proactive, field-focused professionals to fill the role of District Coordinator MMRY. This position involves overseeing district-level programme implementation and acting as the vital link between the state PMU and field stakeholders. The coordinator will assist the JEEVIKA DPM and MMRY District Nodal in comprehensive planning, coordination, and monitoring of MMRY activities, ensuring they meet set targets and deadlines. By working closely with JEEVIKA teams, departments, and community groups, they will facilitate smooth execution and service provision. Additionally, they will promote data-driven decision-making, resolve operational issues, and ensure effective reporting and integration efforts ultimately boosting programme performance and accountability. programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Implementation and Management Lead preparation of district implementation plans outlining activities, timelines, targets, and roles in coordination with DPMs,



MMRY District Nodal Officers, and team members.
2. Capacity Building Support DPCU in delivering standardised training modules for MMRY beneficiaries. Assess quality of capacity-building initiatives and recommend improvements. Develop quarterly and annual training plans aligned with MMRY goals in coordination with district teams. Conduct mapping to identify suitable training providers for livelihood activities.
3. Coordination Work with partner agencies in overlapping geographies to ensure convergence and avoid duplication. Liaise with government departments and private stakeholders for effective programme execution.
4. Reporting and Data Management Ensure timely reporting through MIS and prescribed formats. Maintain a comprehensive database of interventions in assigned districts. Analyse data regularly, undertake sample assessments, and identify gaps for corrective action.
5. Additional Responsibilities Perform any other tasks assigned.

About the Project

The Government of Bihar launched the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rozgar Yojana MMRY to provide financial assistance to one woman from each family to start an enterprise of her choice.
