The role involves production monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, debugging, automation, and collaboration with development teams to ensure application stability and performance.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Manage incidents, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
- Automate manual support processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams on problem management and enhancements.
- Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Support SRE initiatives to improve system reliability and scalability.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of L2/L3 Application Support experience.
- Strong Unix/Linux knowledge.
- Hands-on Java development, coding, and debugging experience.
- Good understanding of databases and SQL.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
