Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Network Test Engineer with 46 years of experience in Juniper Routing & Switching technologies. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Service Provider networking, IP/MPLS technologies, routing protocols, automation using Robot Framework (Python), and network testing tools. The role involves validating network features, executing test plans, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality software releases for Service Provider environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Service Provider Core and Edge network features.
- Validate networking protocols and troubleshoot issues in complex IP/MPLS environments.
- Perform functional, regression, interoperability, and system testing.




- Automate test cases using Robot Framework with Python.
- Configure and validate routing, switching, and MPLS technologies.
- Perform traffic validation using industry-standard traffic generators.
- Analyze packet captures using Wireshark and identify protocol-level issues.
- Collaborate with development, product engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve defects.
- Prepare test reports, execution summaries, and defect documentation.
- Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing and automation.
