Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience hiring for BPO, collections, tele-calling, customer service, or financial services roles. The candidate will play a key role in attracting quality talent and ensuring timely closures to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.Understand manpower requirements with hiring managers.Source candidates through job portals, referrals,



and social media.Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews.Schedule and coordinate interview rounds.Ensure timely closure of open positions.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.Post job openings on recruitment platforms.Roll out offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Manage employee attendance and biometric records.Conduct regular floor visits to monitor employee engagement and discipline.Resolve employee queries and workplace concerns.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.Support employee engagement and Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience hiring for BPO, Collections, Tele-calling, Customer Service, or NBFC roles will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
