- Analyze API failures, latency, HTTP response codes (4xx/5xx), SSL/TLS issues, authentication and authorization failures, ingress routing, load balancer configurations,



and backend connectivity.
- Troubleshoot API Gateway, Ingress Controllers, Istio Virtual Services, Destination Rules, and Service Mesh traffic flows.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and drive issue resolution.
- Implement GitOps practices using Argo CD or similar deployment tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging platforms.
- Implement AWS security best practices, IAM, networking, encryption, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve platform reliability and deployment efficiency.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical leadership for complex production issues.
