Job Description Senior Scrum Master Position Details Role: Senior Scrum Master Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Experience: 6–10 Years Overall IT Experience (Minimum 4 Years as Scrum Master)
Experience in Product Development, SaaS, or Technology Product Companies is mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in a Product Engineering environment.
Experience managing multiple Agile/Scrum teams is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Agile Metrics, and Release Planning.
Candidates from service-based organizations without product development experience may not be suitable.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred.
Work Location: Chennai (Work From Office).
Shift: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM (Adaptable to work from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM based on business requirements).
Maximum Budget: 18 LPA.
