Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Python to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that address real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python.
- Build AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Gemini, or Claude.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Create effective prompts and evaluate model performance.
- Integrate AI models with applications using APIs and frameworks.
- Work with vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.




- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Implement best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and security.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Milvus.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and AI model integration.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
