Key Responsibilities

- Define OSS transformation strategies and target-state architectures aligned with CSP business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end OSS solution design covering Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance, Planning, Configuration, and Network Automation domains.
- Design scalable OSS architectures supporting multi-vendor and multi-technology telecom environments.
- Drive Service Inventory, Resource Inventory, and Service Topology modelling initiatives.
- Architect Order-to-Activate, Trouble-to-Resolve, and Service Lifecycle Management workflows.
- Lead OSS/BSS integration programs using industry-standard APIs and integration frameworks.




- Design Network Service Orchestration and Closed-Loop Automation solutions.
