Job Description:
AccordPro Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Team Lead – US Accounting to manage end-to-end accounting operations for US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US GAAP, end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, and team management.
Candidates must have prior Team Lead experience and should be comfortable handling multiple client accounts while leading a team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US accounting processes.
- Handle Record-to-Report (R2R) activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and inter-company accounting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle client communication and stakeholder management.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the accounting team.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements and maintain quality standards.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to work from the Chennai office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
