JOB Duties:
1. Strong expertise in Quality Engineering (QE) processes, methodologies, and best practices with a quality-first mindset.
2. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.
3. Proficient in Selenium-based automation frameworks with strong coding and scripting capabilities.
4. Working knowledge and practical experience with Playwright for modern web application automation.
5. Experience in managing and tracking testing activities using Jira and maintaining documentation in Confluence.
6. Proven ability to lead and coordinate onshore and offshore QA/QE teams in a global delivery model.
7. Robust Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge,
including experience with banking applications, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
8. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with business, technology, and leadership teams.
9. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including test planning, execution, defect management, and release support.
10. Exposure to AI/GenAI-powered Quality Engineering tools and practices, including leveraging AI for test case generation, automation optimization, defect analysis, test data creation, and improving overall QA productivity and efficiency.
