Join Our Team as a MIS Executive:

At GameNation, we are building India's premier destination for gaming trade-ins and retail. As an e-commerce startup, our efficiency relies on data-driven operations. We are looking for an MIS Executive who can serve as the technical architect of our spreadsheetssomeone who can take complex business logic and turn it into automated, bulletproof Google Sheets workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Formula Architecture: Build and maintain advanced Google Sheets using complex formulas (QUERY, INDEX/MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA) to automate daily operational tracking.

Financial Auditing: Conduct detailed audits of bank statements to ensure all incoming and outgoing transactions are valid, accounted for, and reconciled with our internal sales records.

Data Hygiene: Clean and consolidate raw data exports from our platform to ensure 100% accuracy in stock and sales reporting.

Workflow Optimization:



Identify bottlenecks in our current sheets and implement technical solutions to make workflows smoother and faster.

Report Execution: Ensure daily and weekly operational dashboards are updated accurately for the leadership team to review.

Problem-Solving: Tackle any data discrepancies that arise and find solutions to ensure our records are always operating at peak accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years in an MIS or Data Operations role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets. Knowledge of Google Apps Script (JavaScript) is a major plus.

Logical Thinking: Ability to translate verbal business requirements into mathematical formulas.

Attention to Detail: A "zero-error" mindset when dealing with inventory and financial data.

Flexibility: Willingness to work 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 6 days a week.
