We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Build and enhance test automation frameworks for web applications.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Perform API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure application quality.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,



and retrospectives.
- Prepare test execution reports and provide regular project status updates.
- Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Proficiency in Java or Python
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit
- Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman or REST Assured
- Valuable knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Experience with Git for version control
- Knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using Jira for defect tracking and project management
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
