Role & responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee learning & development programs across all hotel departments.

Conduct induction, behavioral, service excellence, and operational training sessions.

Identify training needs through performance analysis and departmental feedback.

Develop training calendars, SOP-based learning modules, and skill enhancement initiatives.

Monitor training effectiveness and ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and career development.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

48 years of experience in Learning & Development or Hotel Operations.

Robust presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of hospitality service standards and training methodologies.

Ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams across all levels.
