- Manage end-to-end coding operations and delivery
- Ensure SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and team performance
- Handle client communication and stakeholder coordination
- Support audits, compliance, and quality governance
- Mentor and develop team members
- Manage transitions, ramp-ups, and current implementations
