Job Title -Senior Architect
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects.
- Prepare and review conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct client meetings and present design proposals.
- Review construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
- Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of design quality, sustainability, and safety.
