- Execute machine foundation inspection, leveling, alignment, and geometry tests to ensure installation accuracy.
- Perform unpacking, positioning, installation, commissioning, and test-running of large imported CNC machines in accordance with OEM manuals and specifications.
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of CNC machine mechanical systems, including spindles, linear guideways, ball screws, automatic tool changers (ATC), coolant and lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, and assembly documentation for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance activities, diagnose mechanical faults, and perform breakdown maintenance to maximize machine uptime and reliability.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, installation documentation, and technical service logs in compliance with company standards.
