Job Requirements

- Proven experience in healthcare management services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an added advantage.
