Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and execute processes to ensure high-quality output and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize process performance and reduce errors.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with processes and implement controls to prevent errors.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare management services.
- Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools is essential.
