Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Check and verify measurements and material usage at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
- Handle manpower allocation and monitor productivity.




- Resolve technical issues arising at site during execution.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for material requirements.
- Assist in billing, estimation, and quantity verification activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in residential construction projects only.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
- Positive technical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
