About the Role:

Note: This is a Content and Growth-focused SEO role. Coding and server-side technical SEO are handled by our development team.

We are looking for a creative yet deeply analytical SEO Specialist to spearhead our On-Page and Off-Page growth. You won't be managing site migrations or fixing server logs - we have a dedicated technical team for that. Instead, your job is to dominate the SERPs through flawless content optimization, intent-driven keyword strategies, and high-impact link-earning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- On-Page Strategy: Conduct comprehensive content audits to identify gaps, optimize existing articles for semantic search, and map target keywords to user intent.
- Ai Workflows: Support AI-assisted SEO content workflows
- Off-Page & Outreach: Design and execute white-hat link-building campaigns (guest blogging, digital PR, resource page outreach) to build domain authority.




- Competitor Poaching: Analyze competitor content and backlink profiles to identify quick-win opportunities and steal search market share.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor keyword rankings, content engagement metrics, and backlink health using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.

What We Are Looking For (Strict Requirements):

- Proven Track Record: 2+ years of dedicated SEO experience focusing heavily on content optimization and authority building.
- Content Architecture Mastery: Deep understanding of topical authority, content hubs, internal linking schemas, and semantic SEO.
- Real Outreach Experience: Proven ability to source, pitch, and secure high-quality backlinks from reputable sites (no PBNs or spam networks).
- Tool Fluency: Expert user of Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO (or similar optimization tools), and Google Search Console.
- Technical SEO (Schema, Core Web Vitals, Crawl budgets) is a nice-to-have, but not required for this role.
