Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate sales activities for plots, villas, houses, and apartment projects including telecalling, advertisement, other standard promotion activities.
- Assist customers in property booking, documentation, and registration processes.
- Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices and other government departments for:
- Sale deed registration
- Patta / Chitta application and verification
- EC (Encumbrance Certificate) verification
- Land-related approvals and documentation
- Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and field staff for:
- Land survey activities
- Plot assessment and measurements
- Legal opinion and title verification
- Site development follow-up
- Maintain proper records of customer documents, approvals, and registrations.
- Support marketing activities, lead follow-up,



and customer relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and documentation requirements.
- Visit project sites and government offices as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of real estate sales and property documentation
- Familiarity with registration procedures, Patta/Chitta, and land records in government portals.
- Ability to liaise with government offices and field agencies
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, documentation)
- Tamil speaking and Typing is mandatory; English communication preferred
