About the Role

MM Mahindra is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultants who are passionate about automobile sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in automobile retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales leads through walk-in customers, referrals, field visits, and digital enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain product features, pricing, finance options, exchange benefits, and promotional offers.
- Convert enquiries into successful vehicle sales by achieving monthly targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.




- Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions regularly.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- 2–7 years of experience in Automobile Sales (Passenger Vehicle experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance, and exchange processes will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler Driving Licence.
