- Generate new business opportunities through inbound enquiries, outbound cold calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers by understanding their business requirements and application needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the Field Sales/Business Development team for further discussions and closure.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with prospects.
- Conduct regular lead nurturing activities through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for customer engagement activities, product promotions, webinars, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate contract discussions and support the sales closure process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and prospect status in the CRM system.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Technical, Service, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and order execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.

Required Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Pre Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Sales experience from manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
