To manage and ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements. The role involves timely filings, audits handling, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks to mitigate legal and financial risks.
- Shops & Establishments Act, Monthly Filings, Maintenance of registers and returns, S&E; Registration/Amendments, CLRAC, Notice board maintenance, Labour Inspection & Audits,
- Government department notices if any to be handled with care and ensure closure.
- Provident Fund (PF) :- Documents collection, UAN Activation / Creation / Maintenance, Knowledge on Form 11, Form 5, Joint Declaration, KYC, PF Withdrawal & Transfer is mandatory.
- Employee State Insurance (ESI) - Documents collection & Activations as per the process.
- Professional Tax (PT) Registration and Payment follow-ups with Finance.
Any notification on changes in the amount to be tracked and updated to Finance team for timely payment.
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Registration and ensure timely payments by coordinating with Finance.
- Ensure Statutory compliance by Tracking any changes / recent amendments/ regulatory updates.
- Vendor Management, Sharing the monthly input required for preparing the registers as required
- Invoice Tracking and ensure timely payment to the vendors as per SLA.
- New Joiners Salary & master Maintenance, HRMS updations.
- Handling associates queries
- Government Gazettes (GO) to be tracked and informed the stake holders eg:- Holiday list for office locations during year end; Paid leave declaration if any etc,.
- Good Stake holder management
