Position: HR Recruiter Intern (Unpaid)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and learning the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Assist in preparing job postings and employer branding activities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Support other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
