Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

Lead and manage the hydraulic and mechanical testing team, providing technical guidance and support.

Develop comprehensive test plans, protocols, and procedures based on product specifications and industry standards.

Coordinate and oversee testing activities including pressure tests, fatigue tests, load tests, and performance tests on hydraulic and mechanical components/systems.

Analyze test data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.

Leadership and Team Management: Leading testing teams, providing guidance and support,



and fostering a culture of quality and reliability.
Process Improvement.

Identifying areas for improvement in testing processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management.

Collaborating with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to align testing activities with project goals and timelines.
Adaptability and Flexibility.

Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines and being able to adjust testing plans as needed.

Risk Management: Identifying and managing potential risks related to testing and reliability.
