We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Frontend with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Jest, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced agile setting.

This role requires a hands-on engineer who can drive technical excellence, collaborate with onshore leads and product teams on complex integrations, mentor junior developers, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and related frontend technologies.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components.
- Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality production-ready code.
- Develop responsive and accessible web applications that provide exceptional user experiences.

Software Engineering Excellence

- Write clean, maintainable, and productive code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

Testing Quality

- Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and related testing frameworks.
- Maintain high code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and CI/CD practices.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to quality standards.

Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, and Backend Engineers.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team''s technical growth.

Continuous Improvement

- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices.
- Drive adoption of engineering standards, automation, and development efficiencies.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical communities within the GCC.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

Technical Skills

Frontend

- Expert knowledge of:
