Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for a Field Sales role in the Direct Channel. The role involves on-ground customer interaction, lead conversion, and relationship building using both company-generated leads and self-sourcing methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell life insurance products directly to customers through field sales activities
- Meet customers in person to explain product benefits and provide customized solutions
- Work on company-generated leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Generate additional leads through fieldwork,



references, and cold calling
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for renewals and referrals

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience / Interested in Sales Role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel
- Valuable understanding of local market and customer behavior

Mandatory Criteria

- Two-wheeler or personal vehicle is compulsory
- Must be comfortable with field sales (on-ground client meetings)
