We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer Mobile Applications with strong expertise in developing and maintaining native mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade mobile applications using Swift, Kotlin, iOS SDK, Android SDK, and modern mobile architecture patterns.

This role requires an engineer who can contribute throughout the product lifecyclefrom solution design and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. As a senior member of the team, you will help establish engineering best practices, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation within the mobile ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Build scalable, secure, and reliable mobile solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Develop reusable components, libraries, and shared mobile frameworks.
- Ensure applications comply with platform standards and best practices.

Solution Design Architecture

- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
- Implement modern mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Repository Pattern.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define APIs and integration requirements.

API Cloud Integration

- Consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Integrate cloud services, analytics, push notifications, and monitoring solutions.
- Develop offline-first capabilities and local data persistence solutions where applicable.

Quality Performance

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, battery efficiency, and reliability.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Ensure high code quality through peer reviews and automated testing.

Agile Collaboration

- Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Onshore Leads, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Mentorship Leadership

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Drive engineering standards and mobile development best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Participate in hiring and technical interviews.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Experience

- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing both iOS and Android applications.
- Experience delivering applications through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience supporting production mobile applications.
