Job Summary
The Production Assemblers will be responsible for the assembly of robots and related systems as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering drawings, and production plans. The role requires adherence to quality standards, process discipline, and safety practices to ensure timely and accurate production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of robots and sub-assemblies as per SOPs and work instructions
- Carry out mechanical, electrical, and basic integration activities on the production line
- Ensure proper usage of tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets
- Maintain quality standards during assembly and report abnormalities immediately
- Ensure proper material handling and traceability during assembly processes
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, and Production teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area as per 5S practices
- Support testing, inspection, and packaging activities when required
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and operational procedures
- Update production records and process documentation as required

- Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
