Job Description
This is basically for a BI Developer/support role and the person should be ready to work in rotational shifts. This position is responsible for informatica power center production support, break fix, resolving prod issues and communicating customer and application tickets related to Informatica, Oracle, SQL Server database for the Data warehouse/Data Mart platform. Looking for resources who are having minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica power center and SQL/Netezza/ Oracle. Should have knowledge on Azure Databricks & Spark/PySpark as a secondary skill.
Job Responsibilities
Provide application support for business intelligence (ETL) Informatica tools.
Monitor, analyze and resolve ETL jobs related issues.
Maintain batch processing jobs and respond to critical production issues communicate well with stakeholders on his her proposal recommendations
Resolve all incidents, service requests, Align within SLA targets and.
Willing to work in weekends when needed.
Can work independently on production support incidents
Prior experience in Informatica production support is a Big Plus.
Experience using parameter files, parameters/variables and troubleshooting using advanced informatica techniques like session partitioning, push down optimization etc.
Experience in developing Informatica PowerCenter ETL mappings using Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, and Repository Manager
Expertise in Datawarehouse and Mart model w.r.t Informatica/SQL
Ability to Analyze data warehousing systems
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Self-starter with "can-do" attitude, a must in a fast-paced business and technical environment
Should have experience in writing/preparing/analyzing SQL queries.
Knowledge on Azure Databricks & Spark/PySpark is an added advantage.
