- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter batch jobs in production

- Handle incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes

- Execute SQL and PL/SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution

- Collaborate with development teams for defect fixes and performance improvements

- Manage and monitor job scheduling using Control-M or equivalent schedulers

- Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and operational support

- Ensure SLA adherence for all batch operations and production support activities

- Maintain operational documentation and support procedures

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Batch Operations / Production Support.

- Strong working experience with Informatica PowerCenter, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of batch jobs.

- Solid expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, with the ability to perform complex data validations and root cause analysis.

- In-depth experience with Oracle Database in production environments.

- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems, including shell scripting for automation and operational support.

- Experience handling incident, problem, and change management processes in enterprise environments.





- Strong understanding of SLA-driven production support models and batch processing workflows.

- Ability to work in shift-based and on-call support environments.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with enterprise job schedulers such as Control-M or equivalent tools.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticketing, incident tracking, and change management.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for deployment and automation workflows.

- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

- Experience supporting large-scale data warehouse or ETL environments.

- Knowledge of batch performance optimization and failure recovery techniques.

- Prior experience in banking, insurance, retail, or enterprise data platforms is an added advantage.
