- 5 years of experience in BPMS, BPA, workflow
- Experience with at least one BPMS platform (e.g. Decisions, Camunda, Pega, Nintex)
- Understanding of BPMN, workflow orchestration, business rules and decision logic
- Experience with system integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of how IT solutions support end-to-end business processes
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage
- Awareness of error handling, resiliency and monitoring concepts in workflow automation
- Experience designing reusable and maintainable workflow components is an advantage
