Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Perform reconciliations of various ledgers, including balance sheet accounts, to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights on company performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely completion of month-end close processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in accounting or finance role, preferably in an investment banking/venture capital/private equity firm.
- Robust understanding of general ledger principles and practices.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements using R2R (Record-to-Report) software tools.
