Job Summary

Lorven Technologies is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Recruiter to lead a team of recruiters while driving end-to-end IT hiring across permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in client handling, stakeholder management, team leadership, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including Permanent and C2H requirements.
- Handle client interactions, understand hiring needs, and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Allocate requirements to the team and monitor daily sourcing, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.




- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from clients and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical and niche technology skills.
- Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for management.
- Support business growth by maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent Hiring.
- Experience handling direct client requirements and stakeholder management.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
