Must have Experience -Salesforce developer, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) + Health Cloud

- Sr. Salesforce Developer (who is aspiring to become tech lead)
- • 68 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation
- • Robust expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods)
- • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- • Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling
- • Experience developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows
- • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications
- • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and coding standards
- • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security
- • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- • Experience working with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals development,



user access, branding)
- • Experience working with Health Cloud (data model, care management, healthcare workflows)
- • Good to have knowledge of Conga (Conga Composer, document generation and automation tools)
- • Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- • Understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and bulk data handling
- • Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- • Experience working with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Platform Events)
- • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- • Work in Agile/Scrum development environments
- • Provide technical guidance and mentor developers and technically support the team
- • Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations
- • Good to have knowledge of version control tools like Git
- • Good to have knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado
- • Familiarity with CI/CD and release management processes
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- • Platform Developer II certification preferred
- • Self-driven and able to work independently with strong ownership mindset
