Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Technical Matter Expert (TME) with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-scale Red Hat OpenShift platforms. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience across the complete OpenShift lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, storage integration, security, performance optimization, monitoring, and operational excellence.

This role requires a customer-facing architect who can define and document reference architectures, guide implementation teams, and provide technical leadership for large-scale OpenShift infrastructure deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms from planning through production deployment.
- Define cluster sizing, topology, networking, scalability, and high-availability strategies.
- Lead OpenShift infrastructure implementations and provide technical guidance during deployment and operational phases.
- Design and implement resilient, highly available, and secure OpenShift environments.
- Integrate and manage storage solutions using CSI (Container Storage Interface) frameworks.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability assessments for large-scale environments.
- Implement security hardening best practices, including RBAC, network policies, identity integration, and compliance requirements.
- Define monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability strategies for production platforms.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain architecture documents, design guides, implementation runbooks,



and customer reference architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant expertise in infrastructure and platform architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of container platform architecture, deployment, and operations.
- Experience with CSI-based storage provisioning and integration.
- Strong knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures.
- Expertise in performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability design.
- Experience implementing security hardening and governance controls for OpenShift environments.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
- Experience supporting production OpenShift environments and platform lifecycle management.
- Excellent documentation and customer-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing customer reference architectures and technical design documentation.
- Experience with OpenShift Data Foundation, Ceph, Portworx, NetApp, Pure Storage, or similar enterprise storage solutions.
- Knowledge of automation, GitOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in consulting, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
