Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver behavioral training programs for employees across various levels.
- Develop high-quality training content, modules, and materials aligned with ADDIE model business requirements.
- Conduct corporate training sessions and webinars effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Utilize up-to-date tools to create engaging training content and presentations.
- Manage and update Learning Management System (LMS) content and training records.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in Behavioral Training in a corporate environment.
- Strong background in Content Development (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in conducting corporate trainings and webinars.
- Working knowledge of LMS tools (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills.
