- Conduct legal research using case law repositories, legal databases, court websites, and regulatory sources.
- Review, analyze, summarize, and edit legal documents, complaints, case updates, and legal articles.
- Maintain and update legal editorial content in line with project requirements and editorial guidelines.
- Identify and collect relevant legal precedents, regulations, legislative updates, and case studies.
- Verify and update metadata, synopsis,



and legal content within client tools and applications.
- Maintain research documentation and inventory tracking reporting and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal developments relevant to assigned projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and U.S./U.K.-based stakeholders to support legal publishing and research activities.
- Manage multiple assignments while ensuring quality and adherence to turnaround timelines.

- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Valuable legal drafting, synopsis writing, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based research
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Flexible to work in both Work From Office models
