What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to help design, build, enhance, and support our internal Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. This role requires hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Marketing / Customer Insights), the Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations. The ideal candidate has strong development fundamentals, works well with architects and senior technical team members, and can translate functional and technical requirements into reliable, secure Microsoft cloud solutions. This is an internal-facing developer role focused on high-quality delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales and Marketing (Customer Insights) modules.

- Build enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions using:

- Model-Driven Apps
- Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls
- Power Automate cloud and desktop flows

- Develop backend services and integrations using:

- C# (.NET) plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps for orchestration and enterprise integration patterns
- REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations

- Implement secure,



scalable Azure and external integrations, including authentication, data transformation, and monitoring.

- Contribute to solution designs covering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and external systems under the guidance of architects or senior technical team members.

- Support deployment processes for Dynamics CRM solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines, including build automation, setting promotion, release support, and CI/CD best practices.

- Create and maintain technical diagrams, solution documentation, and integration notes aligned with Microsoft best practices.

- Assist with impact analysis and effort estimation for new features, enhancements, and production support requests.

- Participate in full lifecycle implementations including requirements analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Identify technical considerations and document non-functional impacts such as security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
