About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own our social media presence, paid ad campaigns, and brand-building efforts for Adhiran Infotech. This role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, and track digital campaigns while creating engaging content that reflects our companys projects and updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow company social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Handle end-to-end SEO on-page, off-page, keyword research, and content optimization
- Design creatives and posters using AI tools (Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar)
- Understand company projects and updates, and translate them into engaging content/posts
- Generate leads through digital channels and track them through to conversion
- Monitor campaign performance, report on ROI, and optimize based on data
- Support overall brand-building strategy across digital platforms





Required Skills

- 2 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
- Familiarity with AI-based poster/creative design tools
- Solid content writing skills able to convert project updates into social-ready posts
- Experience with lead generation and CRM/lead tracking
- Good communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)

Good to Have

- Basic video editing/reels creation skills
- Experience marketing for IT/staffing or B2B services
