- 6-10+ years of relevant experience in Client-Facing Technical roles (eg, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, AI Consultant)
- 3+ years hands-on with AI/ML, LLM applications, or automation platforms
- Experience in at least one enterprise vertical (eg, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare) is a plus
- Certifications in cloud/AI (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, GCP ML Engineer) preferred
- Own the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle including discovery, architecture design, demos, POCs, pilots, and deployment strategy
- Translate business requirements into LLM, RAG, NLP, and automation-based AI use cases with measurable outcomes
- Design reference architectures, integration frameworks, and scalable cloud deployments across enterprise environments
- Optimize prompt engineering, orchestration workflows, guardrails, and model evaluation frameworks
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, Responsible AI, RBAC, and PII governance standards
- Drive cross-functional collaboration while enabling adoption through technical documentation, training, monitoring, and performance optimization
